Your new Caple appliance comes with a 24 month guarantee to cover repair or replacement in the event of an electrical or mechanical breakdown on condition that:

  • Evidence of the date of purchase [delivery note or receipt] is available at the time of repair, showing the appliance was purchased within 24 months prior to the date of the claim.
  • The appliance has been correctly installed in accordance with the information supplied with the appliance.
  • The appliance has only been used for Domestic purposes; commercial use is not covered by the guarantee.
  • The appliance has been used in accordance with the manufacturer's operating and maintenance instructions.
  • The appliance has only been repaired/maintained by one of our accredited service agents.
  • Appliance is registered within 28 days of purchase.

What is Covered?

The Approved Service Partner (ASP) callout/evaluation & labour fees. The parts required to repair the reported fault 12 months guarantee on parts and labour for the repair completed. An alternative Caple appliance maybe offered at a reduced cost should the repair not be successful.

The One Stop Solution.

The Caple Care solution repair guaranteed to cover the initial reported fault for a period of 12 months. If the repair we have completed should fail within the 12 month period then please call to arrange a new visit (costs may apply if NOT related to original fault).
